Our terms and conditions of sale and event regulations

1. Alchemy Tattoo Expo is a volunteer association that organizes events to entertain visitors of all ages.
2. Ticket buyers (hereinafter referred to as "visitors") can purchase tickets for events and services (hereinafter jointly referred to as "events") via various sales channels.
3. The subject of these GTC is the use of services, which Alchemy Tattoo Expo provides to visitors via various sales channels if set up: the event website, sales outlets designated by the event and operated by third parties (vendors). Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is effected by the use of the corresponding services. By purchasing a ticket for an event, the visitor accepts these general terms and conditions of sale.
4. For all events, the Alchemy Tattoo Expo terms and conditions, available on the website and from the vendors, apply. Alchemy Tattoo Expo may modify the scope of services or suspend the performance of services at any time.
5. Through its sales channels, Alchemy Tattoo Expo enables contracts to be concluded between visitors and events.
6. When using event services, visitors are contractually bound by the applicable general terms and conditions. 
7. Without the express prior authorization of Alchemy tattoo Expo, the visitor is not entitled to use the admission tickets in publicity and/or raffles. 
8. Prices for admission tickets, accessible or displayed in sales channels, include VAT (where applicable).
9. Alchemy Tattoo Expo determines the authorized methods of payment when tickets are purchased at points of sale.
10. Alchemy Tattoo Expo does not refund purchased tickets. Alchemy Tattoo Expo does not reimburse the purchase of tickets.
11. Special features in the event of a change of date or venue: If Alchemy Tattoo Expo decides to change the date or venue of an event, the admission ticket remains valid regardless of the reasons for the change of date or venue.
12. By purchasing an admission ticket or using the services offered at the event, the visitor accepts these GTC.
13. By purchasing an admission ticket, the visitor acknowledges the safety, access, age and other regulations for the execution of the event and acknowledges that he/she may be excluded from the event, without compensation, in the event of non-compliance with these regulations.
14. No verbal or physical violence will be tolerated towards any person working for or at the event.
15. For safety reasons, any person working for or at the event may refuse to provide services to visitors who endanger their own safety or that of others present at the event.
16. The sale, offer or consumption of illegal substances within the event grounds is strictly forbidden.
17. It is strictly forbidden to wear distinctive clothing for advertising purposes (except for music groups or sports clubs) or to indicate membership of a political group, association or club (e.g. biker groups, extremist movements).
18. The ticket purchaser is liable to the event without limitation for direct and proven damage caused by intent contrary to the contract or gross negligence.
19. Alchemy Tattoo Expo reserves the right to cancel the entry ticket, the right of entry and prohibit access to the entrance of the event to any person not complying with the general conditions of sale herein. The event reserves the right to contact the police authorities in the event of non-compliance.
20. All content accessible on social networks and the event website (hereinafter referred to as "content") is protected by copyright and is the exclusive and complete property of Alchemy Tattoo Expo, unless otherwise agreed. Reproduction (in whole or in part), distribution, transmission (electronically or by other means), modification, linking or use of the Contents for public or commercial purposes is prohibited without the prior written consent of Alchemy Tattoo Expo. 
21. Alchemy Tattoo Expo cannot at any time be held responsible for any commercial transaction between its partners and the visitor. It is the visitor's obligation to keep track of the transaction and the partner with whom the transaction was made, and to return to said partner should a problem arise with the object of the transaction.
22. Alchemy Tattoo Expo reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. Any changes will be posted on the event website and will come into effect as soon as they are put online.
23. Should any provision or provisions of these GTC be or become null and void or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these GTC or the purchase of admission tickets. In such a case, the parties will replace the null and void or unenforceable provision with a valid and enforceable provision, which will meet as closely as possible the economic objective pursued by the provision to be replaced. This also applies in the event of a regulatory loophole in these GTC.
24. These GTC and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the relationship between Alchemy Tattoo Expo and the visitor shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law, to the exclusion of conflict-of-laws provisions and the provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
25. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes between Alchemy Tattoo Expo and the visitor is Sion. However, Alchemy Tattoo Expo has the right to take legal action against the visitor at his place of residence.
